Message From A Former Guide

Jeff Aiken was About's Guide to Cigars from January 2001 to October 2005. Since we have received a number of inquiries from site visitors about what happened to Jeff, he has graciously relayed the following message:
"Old friends. After many years writing about cigars, and enjoying it tremendously, I felt the need to turn the site over to new blood. The imagination runs stale after so many years and you readers deserve the best. I know Gary will bring many things to the site. A new perspective, energy and excitement and I ask you to support his efforts. I hope you all find as much pleasure in cigars as I have over the years."
Jeff continues to visit this site often, and on occasion, he may even share some of his vast knowledge about cigars. You never know who may show up in our Cigar Forum. Best of wishes to our former Guide, Jeff Aiken.

Thanks Jeff both for your years of service and for letting us know what happened! I was shocked and upset when the new posts just stopped, after years of being a regular reader.
