How much would you pay for a half-smoked cigar? How does $670 sound? That's about 100 times more than what I would pay for a premium un-smoked cigar. However, according to Yahoo News, a cigar that was half-smoked by Winston Churchill back in 1950, sold for 365 pounds at an auction in Liverpool, England.
