Cigar Rating Experiment – Part III
Monday August 21, 2006
After two weeks in the humidor, I noticed a significant improvement in the taste of our test cigar, the Flor de Oliva Gold. We are currently in the process of conducting an ongoing experiment to determine if most cigars improve by aging, and why the same cigar can taste different to the same person at different times. We will not rate this cigar by smoking only one, but by smoking many over a period of time as they age in a humidor. Of course, other factors can also influence the enjoyment of a particular cigar, so it is still too early to conclude that this cigar is improving with age. To keep abreast of the results of our subsequent tests leading up to the final review, subscribe to our free newsletter or RSS feed.
