Health Benefit of Smoking Cigars

We do not recommend smoking cigars to improve your health, but there are actually a few health benefits associated with being a cigar smoker. According to Yahoo! News, tobacco users (including cigar smokers) have a lower risk of Parkinson's Disease than the general population.

shouldn’t be a surprise considering coffee, another stimulant, has proven the same affects on Parkinson’s patients.
