Casa Torano Cigar Pairing Review
Tuesday May 20, 2008
It's about time for another in our series of cigar pairing reviews, when we pair a cigar with a libation chosen specially to accompany that particular cigar, and then review them both. In this installment, a Casa Torano cigar was paired with the award winning Decadencia Chocolate Port. Decadencia was chosen to accompany the Torano cigar because it is the same port that inspired the Torano's to create their Reserva Decadencia flavored cigar. Although we may talk about artificially flavored cigars on this website, we do not review them because they are not comparable to natural cigars made only with 100% tobacco, such as the Casa Torano. Read my full review of the Casa Torano Robusto cigar and Decadencia Chocolate Port.

This was a timely review, as I’ve recently tried and appreciated the Casa Torano ciagrs. I also appreciate the insight into the two ports; I love port, but haven’t cared much for the overly flavored chocolate ports. I know the Bogle brand though, so I’ll see if the port is available at my local shop.
Well done- and thanks!
