Pepin Garcia, of Tabacalera Garcia, and Nestor Miranda, of Miami Cigar & Company, have combined forces to produce a special limited edition Twentieth Anniversary cigar under the Nestor Miranda Special Selection label. On April 1, 2009, Miami Cigar & Company will begin shipping these cigars to one hundred select tobacconists throughout the country. The cigar is available in one size measuring 7 x 56, and is packed in boxes of twenty. It will be available in two different wrappers, Habano Rosado (medium) and Habano Oscuro (full bodied). The cigars are made in Esteli, Nicaragua, and only 1,000 boxes of each type will be available.Photo: Courtesy of Miami Cigar & Company

With only 1,000 boxes of the Habano Nestor Miranda 20th Anniversary Selection Cigars available, is there anywhere on the Internet is will be for sale? If so, where and when? I live in an area where the closest “real” B&M is over an hour away. I’d like to buy a box, or maybe try a 5-pack if they’re OMG DPG priced.
Sorry, the Miami Cigar & Company policy of only selling the Nestor Miranda Special Selection through brick and mortar tobacconists is being applied to the 20th Anniversary cigar.
There is a store online that will be selling these.
Bonita Smoke Shop has plenty in stock.

Bighumidor.com just got the Special Selection by Nestor Miranda 20th Anniversary in stock.
we will have some in both shades
Gary’s reply was off base – not blaming him for parroting Nestor’s PR though. I got my box of these cigars via UPS from Tampa Humidor, along with 12 free Miami Cigar Co. smokes, a one year membership to CRA and definitely the best hands on personal service I’ve ever received from an on line vendor. WTG Tampa Humidor for recognizing the fact that some of us poor bastards are not even close to any B&M vendor, much less a top notch B&M that offers super selection, or can do the F2F Nestor and other respected manufacturers, while well intended, offer.
