July 4th is Independence Day in the United States, a day when Americans celebrate their freedom. Despite all the smoking bans and government regulations adopted during the last few years, it can still be a time for cigar smokers to exercise whatever freedom they have left to enjoy a fine cigar, before that freedom is limited even further in the years ahead.
