Is third-hand smoke yet another contrived reason for governments to ban cigarette and cigar smoking everywhere? I first heard about third hand smoke just last night on the evening news, but the term was actually "invented" about a year ago. Everybody has heard about second hand smoke, but third-hand smoke is apparently the lingering smell left behind on clothes, furniture, etc. long after the smoke has cleared the room.
