It's time to celebrate the last national holiday of the summer in the U.S., but don't forget about our brave troops still serving in Afghanistan and Iraq. Lt. Col. Mitch Fadem has been sending us periodic updates, including photos of his cigar exploits, as he travels around Afghanistan on missions of vital importance. He has also included acknowledgments of donations to our Cigars for Troops Program along with the photos.
Two of the most recent pictures show Mitch in the desert inspecting a gas well, with inserts of him smoking an Egg Cigar by Drew Estate, and the discovery of a warehouse full of toxic chemicals abandoned by the Soviets. We proudly salute Lt. Col. Mitch Fadem and all those serving their country in Afghanistan and Iraq, on Labor Day and every day. We also salute all those who have contributed cigars to the troops. Please continue donating to 'Cigars for Troops' by mailing any brand/quantity of cigars directly to our current Points of Contact in either Afghanistan or Iraq.
