A Most Memorable Cigar Moment

I have experienced many special cigar memories, but none can compare to the stories told by one of my oldest cigar mentors, an 86 year old retired Major in the U.S. Army. His most memorable cigar moment came while he was a Captain, serving in the Philippines during the mid-1940's. Instead of merely writing down his experience, I attempted to record his voice using an old tape recorder with a weak battery. In addition, there is some background noise, so any distortion in the streaming audio file is not the fault of your computer.
