The 5 Vegas Gold line of cigars is made in Honduras with aged Honduran filler tobaccos and Connecticut shade wrappers. The Robusto measures 5 inches long with a ring gauge of 50.

Flavor

The 5 Vegas Gold Robusto cigar is mild-to-medium in flavor, and is one of those cigars that tastes like an average cigar. There is nothing special or unique about the flavor, but it is not a bad tasting cigar, either. It started out a little bland, but then improved after about half an inch. After that, the flavor remained consistent throughout the remainder of the cigar. I detected a slight peppery taste, which is not one of my favorite flavors in a cigar.

Draw and Construction

The cigar was well made, had a nice draw, burned evenly, and did not require any relights. There were not any issues with the construction of this cigar which affected my enjoyment of this stick.

Value

The cigar is reasonably priced at around $3 per stick, when purchased online in packs of five. The cost is lower when purchased by the box. Not an expensive cigar by any means, but even at this price point, there are some better choices with more character than these particular sticks.
