Sancho Panza Cigar

The Sancho Panza Double Maduro Quixote cigar is made by General Cigar in Honduras with Honduran, Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos, and a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper. The cigar measures 4 ½ inches in length with a ring gauge of 50.

Flavor

The Sancho Panza Quixote cigar had a very rich and full flavor without being overpowering. Although full flavored, I would consider this cigar to be medium-to-full in strength. The smoke was very smooth and somewhat sweet with a nice nutty taste. The flavor was consistent all the way down to the last two inches of the cigar, and I enjoyed every minute of the 30 minutes it took to smoke.

Draw and Construction

The cigar was well constructed, had a good draw and an even burn, and did not require any relights. There were not any construction issues to negatively affect my enjoyment of this cigar. Being only 4 ½ inches in length, there was not a lot of cigar to have any problems in the 2 ½ inches that were smokeable.

Value

Now for the good news, the Sancho Panza Quixote costs less than $3 per stick when purchased as a single, and less than $2 per cigar when purchased by the box. This is a good price for an advanced beginner who wants to move up from medium flavored cigars to some fuller flavored smokes. The cigar has a great taste, is not overpowering, and is not long enough to become overpowering. I also recommend this cigar to seasoned cigar smokers who are looking for a full flavored stick that does not take a long time to smoke. Sancho Panza Quixote cigars are great smokes at value prices. Give them a try!
