I am tring to find out how I can get on the distribution roster for recieving some of the cigars from the Cigars for troops program. I am looking at the website and all I see is how to donate. This Program is a really great Idea because just in my unit there has been a large number of soldiers who like to partake in a nice smoke after a 12 hour day here in Tal Afar. We have been here since May 2007 and we have another 7 months to go still. Spring is coming and we will be spending more time outside enjoying our cigars but it does get expensive purchasing them online all the time. Thank you and have a nice day.
