Gentlemen,
I wanted to thank you for the large shipment Cigars for Troops-Afghanistan just received from the Albuquerque Cigar Club! I received your shipment of 200 handrolled Dominicans a couple of nights ago in excellent condition. We smoked several as we said goodbye to some of our most faithful Camp Eggers Cigar Club members, pictured here. Fortunately, as some of us depart, replacements arrive! Besides local use, I will be sending a good portion of your cigars to one of our western bases, where it is impossible to get many morale items locally. I am sure that my counterparts Doc Chin and LTC Kensey out there will really appreciate the support. Some will also be headed up north where the situation is much the same, I hope to have a firm contact identified in the next week.
Please extend my sincere thanks to all your members! Your appreciation of what we are doing makes all of us feel a little closer to home.
